Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product size, quality or color, we understand. Hand block printed items tend to have slight differences between what you see on a screen and what it looks in real. However, we’ll happily exchange it for you within 15 days of date of purchase.
Product should be exchanged unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials.

The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit. Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.
In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter. In case of exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
Goods sold online will not be exchanged on retail counters.
